Cuirt Roisin Apartment Block, Cappagh Road, Galway - For this project FVG was required to complete an incomplete apartment block. The block consisted of 15 apartments in total; 12 two-bed apartments and  3 one-bed apartments. The works consisted of extensive ground works including drainage, installation of kerbing, paths, steps and creating a car park; upgrade and installation of mechanical and electrical systems, removal of existing balconies and installation of new balconies, sanitary ware, floor finishes, kitchen installation,tiling along with internal and external painting.
