Basement and Extensions at Renmore,  Galway City – This involved creating a deep basement at the rear of the property, rear ground floor extension and side and front ground floor extension. This works also included deep excavations adjacent to the adjoining properties that have been carried out to everyone's satisfaction. Work will include renovation work to the existing property and the existing attic will be converted into a bedroom.
